JESSICA Pardo
Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Jessica Pardo is an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 8 years of experience as a divorce and family attorney. She works with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to stop avoiding the hard stuff and start doing the real emotional work—whether that means rebuilding trust, shifting patterns, or getting honest about what’s no longer working.
Her approach is grounded in emotionally focused and structural family therapy. Jessica helps people rework the roles, rules, and relationships that have shaped them—often unconsciously—and begin to build lives that feel more aligned, connected, and self-led.
Therapy with Jessica isn’t passive. She’s a warm but challenging therapist who will sit with you in the hard moments and ask the questions that push you forward. She pulls from multiple modalities because therapy should meet you where you are—not fit you into a formula.
This is deep, personal work. And if you’re ready, she’s here to do it with you.
